From April 23 to 24, 2019, the second member congress of the sixth Shandong paper industry association and the 2019 provincial paper industry annual meeting were successfully held in Weifang. At the meeting, some application cases of Maglev blower in the paper industry were introduced in detail. Among them, the use effect of Guanghua paper, a subsidiary of Weifang Henglian, has been resonated by everyone. After more than three years of practice, the four maglev blowers installed in the sewage treatment plant of Guanghua paper save about 37.7% power on average, and the noise is lower than 80 dB. They are basically maintenance free. They are new energy-saving and environmental friendly blowers for pulp and Paper sewage treatment. Everyone agreed that this technology has been fully mature and is an important starting point for energy saving and consumption reduction in the paper industry.

The maglev blower produced by Tianrui heavy industry has been widely used in cement production, sewage treatment, food, chemical industry, brewing, textile and other industries. It has good effect and is in the stage of large-scale expansion and promotion.
